We have six outdoor gyms in Brent. The outdoor gyms can be used free of charge, seven days a week and are suitable for persons aged 12 and over.
The outdoor gyms have a wide variety of equipment to help you improve your cardiorespiratory fitness, your muscle strength and tone and flexibility.
Each piece of equipment has instructions on how to use it as well as QR codes you can scan with your smartphone to access videos of how it works.
We also run led sessions by an qualified instructors on a weekly basis for those who require that little bit more motivation to exercise and those who enjoy participating in exercise with like minded people.
