GP advice service @ Imperial college / St Mary’s Hospital
Through the Trust’s GP advice service, GPs and practice staff can email or telephone medical specialists from a range of specialties with non-urgent clinical enquiries.
The GP advice service is for general advice and lines are open from 12 to 2pm, Monday to Friday – unless otherwise stated – with most emails answered within 24 hours. This service is not available at weekends or on bank holidays.
Specific patient referral enquiries
For specific patient referral enquiries phone the GP hotline on 020 3311 0184 (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays).
Urgent medical enquiries/referrals
For urgent medical enquiries or referrals phone the urgent medical referral telephone line on 020 3311 8888. More information about this line can be found here.
